We are an inclusive local business who aim to look after all our customers. We want to offer you the choice to come into our office or book directly through our app. 

We offer cheaper fares, 0% booking fee and no hidden charges!

You can book a taxi from Donny Cabs in any way that suits you best. Walk into our office, call us, book online or just book via our app. 

Our booking service is available 24/7

You can pay by Cash, Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Our desired goal is to offer cheaper fares for all of our customers. We have 0% booking fees and NO hidden charges.

All our drivers are carefully selected and DBS checked to ensure your safety. 

We strive to provide a friendly and reliable service, in order to make your journey as pleasant as possible.

We provide 4 seater taxi services at prices affordable for all.

Due to the higher running costs of 6 & 8 seater vehicles there is a higher tariff charge.

Accessible vehicles are available upon request. 

Please ensure you have read and fully understood our terms and conditions before making your booking.

Booking

You must allow sufficient time when booking your taxi for train, coach or airport journeys. (Please keep in mind the distance and the traffic conditions.)

Donny Cabs shall not be responsible for any delay caused by your failure to allow enough time to reach your destination or if the passengers are not ready for collection at the booked time.

If you need to transport a wheelchair please specify this at the time of booking.

Payment can be made by cash or card. 

Cleaning charges will apply for soiling.

Eating, drinking and/or smoking in the cars are not permitted.

Donny Cabs will not carry more passengers than permitted. 

Termination

Donny Cabs will refuse or terminate any booking with immediate effect if it places any driver or vehicle at risk of damage, violence or abuse by you or by any passenger in your party and we will ask all passengers to vacate the vehicle as soon as it is safe to do so. No refunds will be given if the journey is terminated part way through the hire.
